This study details the disproportionate impact of lethal gun violence (suicides, homicides, and unintentional deaths) on Hispanics/Latinos in California using data from 2016 as well as historical information. It presents interviews with California experts on ways that data collection in the state can be improved. The study also includes lethal gun violence information for other races/ethnicities in California and contains numerous historic tables detailing firearm mortality among them.
